Capital agenda
The structures, like trees, buildings, forests, cities, ghostly figures are built up by using layer upon layer of poured paint - onto a tilted canvas.
Then allowing washes - paint, water, polymer to go through, remove, shift, alter the flow, thickness, intensity with differences in viscocity.
Commentary on the urbanisation of mankind.
Society is false, it is a wash of passing colours which has no more effect than that of its residue, the detritus left in it's wake, a shambolic flow of passing life forces which only interact because they share the same canvas.

Any capital city has its movers and shakers, the new, the old, the opportunist, establishment, crime, authority, art and chancers for trade and profit., the leeches, the survivors, the good, the rich, the connected. All pass in time as the streets decay.
